A bonus band is stamped once, on the day the candidate's call
happened, and it never changes afterwards — that is the promise. This is the only place
a wrong one can be put right: void it with a reason, then record the call on the
day it actually happened. Both halves stay on the row and in the audit log.

Where each sourcer's dates come from
The owner was told that requiring a date invites
reflexive entries, and required it anyway. This is the count that would show it happening:
a desk whose bands are nearly all system-estimated is still being priced off card
movement, and a person whose confirmed dates are always entered on the day they name is
worth a conversation — not an accusation, but a look.
